These Policies and Guidelines are adopted by the OkPACE Executive Committee pursuant to the OkPACE Bylaws. These Policies and Guidelines are intended to provide operational guidance for implementing the governance structure, roles, and procedures established in the OkPACE Bylaws and shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with those bylaws.

OkPACE bylaws, policies, and operating procedures shall conform to the OkACTE bylaws and any applicable policies adopted by the OkACTE Executive Committee.
