REGISTRATION:  Registration Deadline April 10

Registration is now open for PACE Members ($250) & Non-Members ($350) until April 10, 2020. After that time the price increases $100 for late registration.

This year’s conference is all-inclusive and provides all meals to participants.  You can also register a guest to participate in evening meals with you for $100 until April 10, and $150 after that time. 

We recommend that you complete your own registration as you will need to provide detailed participation information at the time you register.  When you register, be ready to provide the following information:

1.   Are you a current PACE Member?

2.   Are you going to register a guest for dinners and/or cruise, if so, what is their name? (You will receive an invoice for their participation at the time of registration and the fee is due within 10 days of the invoice date.)

3.   You will need your Purchase Order number, check number or credit card information to pay through PayPal for your registration.

4.   Are you planning to participate in the Grand Lake Queen cruise? (Dinner included, space is limited so register early)

5.   Are you planning to participate in Wednesday and Thursday evening meals? (This information is important for catering ordering purposes)

LODGING: Group rate deadline April 14

You will book your hotel rooms directly with Shangri-La Resort by calling (918)257-4204. The room rate at the resort is $96/night, if booked prior to April 14.  Tax is not charged on your reservation if you provide your schools tax exempt letter at the time of booking. 

A very limited number of one, two and three bedroom condos are also available for booking at Worldmark by Wyndham.  Condos are .5 miles from the resort and will also be booked through Dana Able at Shangri-La Resort.  Dana’s phone number is 918 257 7714.  These condos will be on a first come first serve basis. 

Nightly rates for the condos are as follows:

  • 1 Bedroom - $143 (also includes a Murphy bed)
  • 2 Bedroom - $181 (also includes a Murphy bed)
  • 3 Bedroom - $239  more now available!


Make your reservations early so you can secure the accommodations of your choice.

You will need to provide a credit card or a PO# at the time of reservation.  If you are using a PO# you will need to abide by the following guidelines:

1. Fax P.O. to the Reservations Department at 918-257-7810 a minimum of two weeks prior to arrival OR email P.O to and a minimum of two weeks prior to arrival.

2. On the P.O. include the following: Contact and phone number, name of each individual with a hotel reservation being paid by the P.O., full dollar amount plus the applicable taxes, and correct billing address and contact. The P.O. must be signed!

3. If the P.O. is not received per the requirements noted above, the individual guest is responsible to pay for all charges and provide a credit card at check-in. 

Sending the P.O. in advance will make your check-in process so much easier and faster.  Our accounting office requires the P.O. a minimum of two weeks in advance. If the P.O. is not correctly filled out, then we are unable to set up your billing.  If the P.O. is not received in advance, a credit card is required for payment at check-in.  A form of payment must be received prior to checking in to your hotel room.  

NOTE:  All reservations require a credit card authorization at time of check-in as security against property loss or damage, unpaid telephone calls, utility services, and/or other charges accrue.  Shangri-La will place a $100 credit running balance on your credit card for incidentals.  The unused portion will be returned to your credit card at the time of check-out.
