Keynote – Introduction to Dare to Lead (90 minutes)
The Introduction to Dare to Lead Keynote works to introduce audiences to an overview of the Dare to Lead program, including larger audiences where small group interaction may be limited/impossible.  Excellent tool for a broad discussion of the barriers to courage, introducing the 4 skillsets of courage and discussing how courage ties into decision making and organizational success. The keynote is a fast-paced preview of the future of leadership through the lens of bravery and courage.

Leadership is not about titles, status, and wielding power. When we dare to lead, we don’t pretend to have the right answers; we stay curious and ask the right questions. We don’t see power as finite and hoard it; we know that power becomes infinite when we share it with others. We don’t avoid difficult conversations and situations; we lean into vulnerability when it’s necessary to do good work. But daring leadership requires skill-building around traits that are deeply and uniquely human.

  • What are the barriers to courage?
  • What blocks innovation, creativity, connection, and performance?
  • Why are curiosity and grounded confidence at the heart of brave work and tough conversations?
